These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Techtroop Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Techtroop", "we", "us", or "our").

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

Techtroop provides enterprise ServiceNow consulting services including, but not limited to, ITSM & ITOM implementation, Managed Services, Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) engagements, Custom ServiceNow Development, Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).

All consulting engagements, project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are governed exclusively by the written Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between Techtroop and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to provide services.

Techtroop reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or business results from our consulting services, as results depend on factors outside our direct control including client cooperation, data quality, and third-party platform behaviour.

All service enquiries submitted through the website contact form are treated as non-binding expressions of interest. A formal engagement commences only upon execution of a signed agreement between both parties.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, case study descriptions, service methodologies, and software, is the exclusive property of Techtroop Solutions Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without the prior written consent of Techtroop. Limited permission is granted to view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference only.

Any methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, or tools developed by Techtroop during the course of a consulting engagement remain the intellectual property of Techtroop unless explicitly transferred to the client in a signed written agreement. Client-specific deliverables and configurations are governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or MSA.

The Site and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Techtroop does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Techtroop Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Techtroop in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Secunderabad, Telangana, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
