We are looking for a certified Senior ServiceNow Architect (CIS/CSA mandatory, CAD preferred) to lead enterprise ITSM, ITOM, and custom development engagements. You will own the technical architecture of BOT projects, mentor junior engineers, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for C-suite stakeholders at our enterprise clients. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience is required.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CSA mandatory) with 2–4 years of experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer. You will work within architect-led delivery pods on enterprise client projects, configuring and customising ServiceNow modules, building integrations, and supporting UAT and go-live activities. This is a high-growth role with a clear path to Senior Architect within 18–24 months.
