Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and be capable of designing and implementing scalable solutions that improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Implementation:
Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, and HRSD
Lead implementation projects aligned with business requirements and best practices
Prepare technical documentation including architecture, design specifications, and integration plans
2. Integration & Customization:
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Azure
Work with REST and SOAP APIs
Customize applications based on client business needs
Develop automated workflows, scripts, and process improvements
3.Project Management & Leadership:
Lead project teams through planning, execution, and delivery
Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
Mentor developers and administrators
Conduct workshops and stakeholder training sessions
4. Stakeholder Management:
Gather requirements from business teams and clients
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide regular project updates
Build long-term client relationships
5.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and best practices
Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
Support ongoing maintenance and performance improvements - Required Qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, HRSD
Strong knowledge of ITIL framework
Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS
Experience in REST / SOAP integrations
Proven experience leading ServiceNow projects end-to-end
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Certifications Preferred
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
